Recap from Brian Foerster of Lord Abbett...
Allocating to Equities: Disruption, Innovation, & Durability
As institutions re-consider their equity allocations for a changing world, Lord Abbett no longer sees Value and Growth as the right line of demarcation or framework for equity investing. For 25 years, the internet, the cloud, genomics, AI, streaming technology, and revolutions in transportation have re-shaped the global economy and now threaten less agile business models and industries. To simply hope for (or try to time) a comeback in cheap price-book stocks is a dangerous approach. In this presentation, Lord Abbett’s Equity Strategist, Brian Foerster, will discuss the rapid progress of the Tech Revolution and implications for institutional investors in their asset allocations.
