G. Adam McClain is a principal and the President at Vulcan Value Partners, a long-only equity manager based in Birmingham, Alabama. Adam has been at Vulcan Value Partners since inception and has played a key role in the firm’s growth from a startup to a sustainable business. Vulcan Value Partners was founded in 2007 and now manages over $20 billion for a range of institutional clients across the globe. Prior to Vulcan Value Partners, Adam worked in Private Banking and Wealth Management at SunTrust Bank.  Adam earned his MBA from the University of Memphis and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from the University of Tennessee.
